1. General

These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders and agreements between MilestoneGoods and its customers.

2. Products & Handmade Craftsmanship

All MilestoneGoods products are handmade. As leather is a natural material, variations in colour, grain, texture and minor imperfections may occur. These are part of the character of the material and the handmade process.

Product descriptions, photographs and measurements are provided as accurately as possible.

3. Orders & Payment

An order becomes final once it has been confirmed by MilestoneGoods.

All prices are stated in euros. Any applicable shipping costs will be clearly shown before the order is completed.

Payment can be made using the payment methods available on the website.

4. Delivery

The estimated delivery time is stated with the product or during the ordering process.

As products are handmade, delivery times may vary depending on the product and current workload.

MilestoneGoods will make every reasonable effort to deliver within the stated timeframe. If an unexpected delay occurs, the customer will be informed as soon as possible.

5. Returns & Right of Withdrawal

For online purchases, consumers generally have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving a reason.

If you wish to exercise this right, you must notify MilestoneGoods within the 14-day period and return the product within 14 days after notifying us.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product was delivered incorrectly or damaged.

Products that are made specifically according to the customer's personal specifications may be excluded from the right of withdrawal where permitted by law. This will be clearly stated before the order is placed.

6. Warranty & Defects

MilestoneGoods provides products that must meet the reasonable expectations a customer may have of them.

If a product develops a defect during normal use that could not reasonably have been expected, please contact MilestoneGoods. We will work with you to find an appropriate solution.

Normal wear and tear, damage caused by improper use, or damage resulting from inadequate care or maintenance is not automatically covered.

Your statutory consumer rights always remain unaffected.

7. Complaints

If there is a problem with your order, please contact MilestoneGoods as soon as possible at info@milestonegoods.com

We will always do our best to resolve complaints fairly and as quickly as possible.

8. Privacy

The processing of personal data is governed by the MilestoneGoods Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Dutch law.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer.
